The event celebrated JUNGLEMEDIA.TV's production ORION, a television series developed for a South African network. The series won an Emmy Award for best produced show 2007. ART FOR MEDIA provided art work to adorn the walls for the event, in keeping with the painting and sculptures provided throughout the television series. Many of the works were gifted to charities.

ART FOR MEDIA in collaboration with JUNGLEMEDIA.TV, held a fundraiser in support of the Tsunami disaster relief. Using the Soho House in NYC as its venue, ART FOR MEDIA launched its first auction and benefit dinner that raised over $100,000. All proceeds from the successful event were donated to both the American Red Cross and to Unicef in efforts to help children affected by the disaster. ART FOR MEDIA will continue holding art auctions to benefit similar worthwhile causes.

ART FOR MEDIA designed a temporary gallery in accordance with the event's theme, "Cultural Life on the Streets of NYC" and mounted a successful exhibit of works by Julie Gross and Thomas Kovachevich.
